Printable April Build the Earth Craftivity and Read Aloud Mini Lesson – Bring Earth Day learning to life with our Printable Build the Earth Craftivity and Read Aloud Mini Lesson! This activity pairs a simple, hands-on craft with a guided mini lesson designed to accompany a read aloud about caring for our planet. The included teacher guide provides before, during, and after reading prompts to help spark discussion and reflection.

Students will color an Earth base, cut out land shapes, and glue them onto the planet to build their own Earth craft. They then complete a tracing writing page and attach their finished Earth to the top.

While this craftivity is designed to pair beautifully with a read aloud lesson, it can also be used as a standalone Earth Day craft and writing activity. Perfect for science lessons, centers, or spring bulletin board displays.
